The Teacher Education Department is accepting applications for the Fall 2017 Teacher Leadership cohort.

The Teacher Education Department is hosting a "Meet and Greet the Faculty" event on March 15th from 5:00-6:00 PM in the Community Room at the First National Bank of Durango (259 W. 9th Street, Durango, CO 81301). Teacher Leadership faculty and staff will be present to answer questions about the program and the application process. Light refreshments will be served.
Great news for the Fall 2017 cohort: nonresident tuition will be the same as resident tuition!!!
The priority application and scholarship deadline is April 7th. We will be accepting applications until the cohort is full or July 25.

We also are accepting applications for the new Master of Arts in Education-Teacher Licensure program that is starting in Fall 2017. The licensure program is for people with Bachelor’s degrees who are interested in teaching K-12 (Art, Music, Physical Education, Spanish, and Theatre) and Secondary (English, Math, Science, and Social Studies).
